Chair Yoga
Accessible, desk friendly movement to ease discomfort and support healthy posture and circulation. Provides valuable tension relieving movements your team can return to throughout the week.
Posture Reset
This will counteract hours at the desk with movements that realign posture and relieve neck, shoulder, and back tension. Help your team sit and stand with out pain with this class.
Stress Relief Flow
Guided movement and breathwork to release built up mental tension and calm the mind. Leaves your team feeling more grounded, focused, and clear so they can tackle goals from a strong confident headspace.
Burnout Recovery
Built for high output individuals running on empty. This class helps reverse the effects of burnout caused by prolonged stress, screen time, and lack of recovery. Slow, intentional practices regulate the internal system to shift the body out of stress mode and into ease so you can show up clear, focused, and supported.
Hip Mobility
Gentle, effective movements to open tight hips and release built up tension from lifting heavy or sitting in a chair for long periods. Helps your team move with more ease and less strain throughout the day.

Meditation
